We want to express our sincere appreciation for all that you and the Birkey family have done to build our dream home. You have gone beyond meeting our expectations and we feel blessed to have been able to work with you and a company that demonstrated an outstanding work-ethic, wonderful attitude, and unquestionable integrity. In so many ways, the entire process from beginning to end was enjoyable, exciting, and fun. We'd like you to know that we are proud to say that we live in a home built by Birkey Homes because of the reputation of a quality built home that you carry throughout the community. The one thing that happened that we did not expect was that we would make such great friends with you, the contractors, and the Birkey family along the way. And because we became attached to you and the team, it was an emotional day when closing on the house and we came to realize the project was coming to an end. We'd like to say thank you again for a quality built dream home and the friendships we've made that we will cherish for many years.

Annie and I just wanted to express our appreciation to you personally, and to Birkey Homes.
Our home purchase from you was by far the best real estate transaction we have ever experienced. Every detail in our transaction was accomplished exactly as we agreed.
Rarely in todays world do you find the kind of honesty and integrity that we experienced with yourself and Birkey Homes.
I would definately recommend Birkey homes to anyone seeking a high quality home.
By the way Ken, we still cannot find anything to complain about after 2 months of looking. Hats off to great quality!

You and your crew supported our decisions and listened to our many concerns with consideration and kindness. Never did we feel like we were imposing on you if we needed a question answered. Ken, you even were able to keep your sense of humor through it all! and YES it was FUN!

Ken,
Now that we are officially “moved in” (or at least all of our stuff is at the new address…) Marianne and I wanted to take a minute and thank you, and everyone at Birkey Homes, for a terrific building experience. This past weekend was our first in the new house and we absolutely love it.
As you know, deciding to build a new house was not a decision we took lightly. And when we finally decided to build, finding a builder to put our trust in was critical to us. The quality of a Birkey home goes without saying. But beyond that, we were looking for that “right someone” who could guide us through the home building process. We started out very slowly, and we really appreciated the patience you demonstrated as we made up our minds to proceed with the house. You earned our trust, not only as a builder, but as a friend.
Throughout the process, your actions assured us, over and over again, that we had made the right choice. In a project like this, there are always going to be some bumps in the road. But we always knew that we could call you, anytime, and you were there for us. Thanks to your great work, there were only a few of those “bumps”. But you always made sure they were small (at least from our perspective), that the outcomes were fair, and that every issue was dealt with to our satisfaction. Your ultimate concern was always that we were happy.
Ken, please pass our appreciation on to Wayne, Doug and everyone else at Birkey, for a job very well done.

Dear Ron,
Now that we have officially moved into our new Birkey home, we want to again express our satisfaction, admiration, and gratitude for a first-rate project. From our initial conversation last November through the exciting walk-through last Friday, you have been the guiding hand, a patient problem solver, and our trusted friend. We never anticipated what a great joy building our first home could be and the credit for this positive experience is because of you. There were only smiles from beginning to end.
Thank your for your expertise in hiring the very best subs. We thoroughly enjoyed meeting them and getting to know them and hope you’ll extend an invitation to each of them to visit us for a tour. All were topnotch, but special kudos to Mitch for all those beautiful finishing touches.
Please add our name to the extensive list of happy Birkey customers. We’d love to tell others about your exceptional company and show them our quality home.
We appreciate, too, how expertly everything was scheduled. The neighbor building two lots west of us congratulated us on "winning the race." They won’t move in for another five weeks.

Dear Doug, Wayne, Ron, Michelle, and Staff,
We would like to thank you for the wonderful work that you did on building our new home. We have been so pleased with everything about our house. The process that we went through was the easiest process that I could ever imagine. The personal time that you spent with us in creating our home for our family was greatly appreciated.
When we decided to build our home, we met with many builders. We were impressed with all of the positive reviews from previous customers and their satisfaction with the homes that you built for them. Your follow up with them & the feeling that you have given us for future follow up for problems or concerns regarding our home surpasses all other builders in the Michiana area. I still cannot believe that Ron actually gave us his home phone number in case we had any questions or problems to be addressed.
I would highly recommend your services to anyone building a home in the Michiana area. Your expertise and reputation far surpasses other builders in this area. Thank You again for giving us the home of our dreams.
